There are many strange women in this world. Who are they and what are they? The answers to these questions will be the subject of this article. In the scriptures they are portrayed as whores. These women destroy man, as in mankind, not necessarily men. There is one specific whore in the scriptures said to be, “mother of all harlots.” Who is she, and who exactly are her daughters? After all, “mothers” have children, right? If we identify her, we can easily identify her offspring. Let’s look at the scriptures to see what’s said about her. After all, we don’t want anything to do with her, or her children, do we?
Revelation 17:4-6
“4And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: 5And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. 6And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.”
This women is arrayed in purple and scarlet, is decked with gold, precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup full of abominations. This woman is apparently very wealthy. With no other entity in the world being described so well, both literally and metaphorically, this woman is easily recognized as the Roman Catholic church. The Roman Catholics are literally dressed in scarlet and purple, as well as adorned with jewels (see pictures below).

Esther 8:15
“And Mordecai went out from the presence of the king in royal apparel of blue and white, and with a great crown of gold, and with a garment of fine linen and purple: and the city of Shushan rejoiced and was glad.”
Judges 8:26
“And the weight of the golden earrings that he requested was a thousand and seven hundred [shekels] of gold; beside ornaments, and collars, and purple raiment that [was] on the kings of Midian, and beside the chains that [were] about their camels' necks”
Luke 16:19
“There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day:”
Thus, the woman (Catholic Church) wears these colors. Apparently she thinks very highly of herself. The Pope’s tiara is complete with inset jewels (pictured below). He also wears a gold signet ring. This is the same Church who has spilled more blood in the past than has been spilled by the American soldiers in Iraq. Thus, making the next verse true. Of course, the Catholics will argue with that statement.
Revelation 17:6
“6And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.”
The Catholics spilled the blood of an untold number of people. Many which were deemed witches, while others were simply called heretics. I don’t truly believe anyone knows the exact number. But, I would guess it to be very high. I also believe that some time in the near future this will be the case once again. This Babylonian religion isn’t something new. It started all the way back in the Babylon of Genesis chapter 10-11, of which Nimrod was the king. The scriptures say that all men gathered there in order to make a name for themselves, lest they be scattered. These people were in perfect “unity” in order to achieve their goal of, “making a name” for themselves. Therefore, God went down and confounded their speech in order to stop them, as the scriptures say,
Genesis 11:4
“And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth”
This was the whole world bent on achieving a goal in perfect unity. Had God not stopped it, they would have achieved their goal. Thus he says,
Genesis 11:6-8
“6And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do. 7Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another's speech. 8So the LORD scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the earth: and they left off to build the city.”
This sounds a lot like what is happening in today’s world, doesn’t it? The Catholic Church is calling, what she herself calls her children, home. This would unite every denomination of Christianity in the world. This is what is called ecumenism. Ecumenism is the idea that all denominations in Christianity, regardless of doctrine, should unite. While this in itself is unbiblical (per 1Cor. 1:10), the worse part is the idea that they should also unite with other religions. This is “catholic.” The very word catholic means “universal.” That means that their religion is one size fits all. But, this is no surprise to anyone who has studied the origins of this whore ( Catholic church). This church is literally a spiritual buffet, as the entire so-called Christian world is today. The thing is, were not only talking about denominations within this false Christian world, but religions outside as well. I submit the following video as evidence of my claims. These men are attempting to bring world peace through religious unity. I believe this would be the only way to bring world peace, as most wars are prompted by differing religious views. If you can’t beat them, join them. Right? However, this attitude is antichrist. The scriptures speak of Christian unity. But the idea of Christians uniting with Hindus, Buddhist or any other such religion is appalling to me. The mindset that we all worship the same God by different names is horrifying. This explains the spiritual condition of the world we live in. Christianity has left it’s first love. It has traded the true Christ for another one, which isn’t really one at all.
Galatians 1:6-7
“6I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: 7Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ”
The apostle Paul spoke of a falling away which must first occur before Christ would return.
2 Thessalonians 2:3
“Let no man deceive you by any means: for [that day shall not come], except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;”
He also said,
2 Timothy 3:13
“But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.”
This has happened just as foretold. Many of you may not be aware of this next bit of information. Most of you will be familiar with the Left Behind series of books, some maybe not. The authors of these books are Tim LaHaye and Jerry Jenkins (pictured below left).

Tim Lahaye is the founder of the organization known as the “Council for National Policy” (see link below).

This organization is affiliated with ecumenical advocates such as, Rev. Sun Myung Moon. The following is quoted from the above mentioned link.

It is said of this church,
“The Unification Church is a new religious movement founded by Korean religious leader Sun Myung Moon. While Tim LaHaye’s books claim to warn of a one world religion, it would appear he has aligned himself with those who advocate such an entity. Is he trying to fulfill these prophecies? This is a very disturbing revelation. It is said of this series of books,
“In 1998, the first four books of the series held the top four slots simultaneously,[1] despite the fact that the New York Times ' Bestseller's list does not take Protestant bookstore sales into account. Book 10 debuted at number one on this list.[1] Total sales for the series have surpassed 65 million copies. Seven titles in the adult series have reached #1 on the bestseller lists for the New York Times, USA Today,”
This series of books appears to be preparing some for what appears to be the goal of these men. While demonizing this unity in books, pitting Christians against such an entity, they advocate it in the real world. This is the spirit of antichrist. The sincerity of these men is questionable at the very least. And yet, their advocating of such an organized religion speaks volumes as to their sincerity to Christ. These men are antichrist. The boldness of a man that writes a book in defiance of a one world government and religion, only to openly associate with those who advocate one and accept monies from them is mind boggling.
Billy Graham is called the, “nations minister” and yet he himself advocates a one world religion. I submit this video as my evidence of his ecumenism.
Unlike the creator of this video, I don’t believe Billy Graham has, as he/she put it, “fallen away.” Billy Graham is a snake in the grass, a venomous viper full of deadly poison. He never preached the truth; he has never known God almighty, nor his son Jesus Christ. While some will agree that he has fallen away from the truth, rather than never known it, I will encourage the reader to obtain a copy of a book entitled, “Billy Graham and His Friends.” This book is available at Amazon.com for less than twenty dollars. It documents his associations and how he became to be known as he is today. It reveals him for who he is, and who he truly represents. Billy Graham is probably responsible for more deaths than Hitler, Stalin or any other man who has lived.
The scriptures proclaim,
1 Timothy 6:3-4
“If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, [even] the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness; He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings, Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.”
Like so many other in the world today, Billy Graham, Tim LaHaye, Jerry Jenkins, Pat Robertson and too many other modern preachers, these men know nothing and use their false knowledge for monetary gain. These men are destitute of the truth and are the ones which you should withdraw yourself. They are antichrist. They are strange women, the great whore. Their doctrine isn’t in accordance with godliness, but rather doctrines of demons/devils.
1Timothy 4:1
“Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;”
The scripture say,
Proverbs 7:1-5
“1My son, keep my words, and lay up my commandments with thee.
2Keep my commandments, and live; and my law as the apple of thine eye.
3Bind them upon thy fingers, write them upon the table of thine heart.
4Say unto wisdom, Thou art my sister; and call understanding thy kinswoman:
5That they may keep thee from the strange woman, from the stranger which flattereth with her words”
If God’s commandments are laid up in your heart, they will be seen in your works (fingers). Call wisdom your sister and she will keep you from this strange woman who flatter with her “words.” The scripture say,
Psalm 55:21
“[The words] of his mouth were smoother than butter, but war [was] in his heart: his words were softer than oil, yet [were] they drawn swords.”
Romans 16:18
“People like these are not serving Christ our Lord. They are serving their own desires. By their smooth talk and flattering words they deceive unsuspecting people.”
Proverbs 26:23
“Burning lips and a wicked heart [are like] a potsherd covered with silver dross.”
Or as the NLT translates it,
“Smooth words may hide a wicked heart, just as a pretty glaze covers a clay pot.”
But the scriptures declare,
Proverbs 28:23
“He that rebuketh a man afterwards shall find more favour than he that flattereth with the tongue.”
I would much rather speak the truth today, having the favor of God, while being hated of men, than to be loved of men and hated of God. Proverbs further says,
Proverbs 7:6-9
“For at the window of my house I looked through my casement,
7And beheld among the simple ones, I discerned among the youths, a young man void of understanding,
8Passing through the street near her corner; and he went the way to her house,
9In the twilight, in the evening, in the black and dark night:”
This woman is a “lady of the night.” She works in darkness because she has no light in her. She sees the simple one coming and waits for him.
Proverbs 7:10
“10And, behold, there met him a woman with the attire of an harlot, and subtil of heart.”
Revelation 17:4

Proverbs 7:11-16
“11(She is loud and stubborn; her feet abide not in her house:
12Now is she without, now in the streets, and lieth in wait at every corner.)

This woman has decked her bed with all the fine things the world has to offer. If you’ve ever seen the inside of a Catholic church you’ll notice it’s beauty. It’s filled with fine carvings, tapestries and like items.
Proverbs 7:17
“17I have perfumed my bed with myrrh, aloes, and cinnamon.”

Smooth words, such as Billy Graham’s and Robert Schueler’s which allows any man, believing anything, to be called a son of God. This includes Hindus, Buddhist, Sikhist, wiccans, and too many to list here, which do not hold fast to Christ doctrine.
2 John 1:9
“Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.”
This is contrary to the scriptures, as the above verse indicates. This proves their doctrine to be of the devil.
Proverbs 7:24-27
“24Hearken unto me now therefore, O ye children, and attend to the words of my mouth.
25Let not thine heart decline to her ways, go not astray in her paths.
26For she hath cast down many wounded: yea, many strong men have been slain by her.
27Her house is the way to hell, going down to the chambers of death.”
As we have clearly demonstrated in this article, this whore(church), as well as her many daughters, are leading men astray. As the scripture says,
“Let not thine heart decline to her ways, go not astray in her paths.”
Her doctrine, being that of the devil, rather than of Christ, kills and destroys.
John 10:10
“The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have [it] more abundantly.”
This abundant life, is life eternal, not wealth, as so many teach today. This harlot church is nothing more than a thief and a liar. She seeks to destroy those who are simple minded. The scripture say,
Proverbs 1:32
“For the turning away of the simple shall slay them, and the prosperity of fools shall destroy them.”
Or as the NLT translates it,
“For simpletons turn away from me--to death. Fools are destroyed by their own complacency.”
But the scriptures beg the question,
Proverbs 1:22
“22How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity? and the scorners delight in their scorning, and fools hate knowledge?”
And declares,
Proverbs 12:1
“Whoso loveth instruction loveth knowledge: but he that hateth reproof [is] brutish.”
My objective in writing this article is to proclaim the truth, and put to rest any argument that Catholicism or any Protestant Church is the Church of Christ. The fact is, evil men have grown worse and worse, deceiving, while being deceived themselves, just as Paul claimed they would (2Tim. 3:13). It was also my goal to introduce the reader to the “strange woman” or “whore” mentioned in proverbs. Many people would believe this woman is a common street whore. That is a false representation of her, as it is the literal interpretation. It is, however, the analogy used in the scriptures of the false Christian Church. I think most will agree that Mystery Babylon isn’t an actual woman. That being said, why would this woman be literal in Proverbs seven? She wouldn’t be. When reading scripture we need to keep in mind that Paul said,
Hebrews 10:1
“For the law having a shadow of good things to come, [and] not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect.”
Some would, and actually will, argue that Paul was referring to Christ sacrifice alone, but the true student of scripture knows Paul pointed out allegories in the scriptures (Galatians 4:24). An allegory isn’t to be taken literally, neither is a parable. While on the surface, in some cases, there is indeed a lesson to be learned. However, there is a much deeper lesson for those of us who are spiritual. This is the trouble that Israel had with the scriptures. They took them to be literal, all the time. Thus, they bound what is known as a phylactery on their forehead and hand, misinterpreting,
Deuteronomy 6:6-8
“And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: 7And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. 8And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes”

As you can see, this man clearly has a small black box attached to his hand and his forehead. This is not what God had in mind. To bind something on your hand is a reference to your works. To make them the frontlets of your eyes is to put God’s commands at the front of your mind. I hope you can see the trouble with this literal interpretation. James said,
James 2:18-20
“Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works. Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?”
Isaiah 26:3
“Thou wilt keep [him] in perfect peace, [whose] mind [is] stayed [on thee]: because he trusteth in thee.”
If a man’s mind is stayed on Christ, he will be in perfect peace with God, and this will show through his works, not some black box tied to his hand. Unfortunately, the Jews don’t understand that. I pray some day they will. There are many such fallacies taught in the Christian world today. We have only covered this one as an example. I will be covering more in the future and have several articles already here on this blog which cover a few. Won’t you come out of Babylon?
Revelation 18:4
“And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.”
This isn’t the first time this message has been proclaimed. We can read in the Old Testament where this same message was sent to the Israelites dwelling in the literal babylon.
Jeremiah 51:45-47
“45My people, go ye out of the midst of her, and deliver ye every man his soul from the fierce anger of the LORD.
46And lest your heart faint, and ye fear for the rumour that shall be heard in the land; a rumour shall both come one year, and after that in another year shall come a rumour, and violence in the land, ruler against ruler.
47Therefore, behold, the days come, that I will do judgment upon the graven images of Babylon: and her whole land shall be confounded, and all her slain shall fall in the midst of her.”
Literal Babylon was destroyed some time ago. It is my contention that this literal Babylon was a shadow of the one spoken of in John’s book of Revelation. Israel was once called out of this idolatrous religious system, as the Church is being called out of it today. God has set forth many examples for us. I think it wise to listen to what the Spirit says in these last days, lest we be found naked and condemned, along with Mystery Babylon.
2 Corinthians 5:3
“If so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked.”
Galatians 3:27
“For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.”
Isaiah 61:10
“I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh [himself] with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth [herself] with her jewels.”
Revelation 19:8
“And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.”
Let us not be found naked. Let us not neglect so great a salvation. Won’t you answer the call today?
Hosea 2:2-6
“2Plead with your mother, plead: for she is not my wife, neither am I her husband: let her therefore put away her whoredoms out of her sight, and her adulteries from between her breasts;
3Lest I strip her naked, and set her as in the day that she was born, and make her as a wilderness, and set her like a dry land, and slay her with thirst.
4And I will not have mercy upon her children; for they be the children of whoredoms.
5For their mother hath played the harlot: she that conceived them hath done shamefully: for she said, I will go after my lovers, that give me my bread and my water, my wool and my flax, mine oil and my drink.
6Therefore, behold, I will hedge up thy way with thorns, and make a wall, that she shall not find her paths.”
